The Walks Coordinator should save the JSON files received from Walk Leader when they submits walks using the Submit Walk form.
To compile the programme go to Build programme
Upload each of the JSON files using the button
As JSON files are added the walks will be displayed in the Table. When all of the available files have been uploaded the programme can be saved using the button. If more files are received they can be added to the programme by uploading the saved programme and uploading the extra files.
Using either the Table or List view of the programme check for any issues. In the Table View the Status column will show if there are any issues. In the List View the Issues are indicated on the line before the walk. Clicking the walk will pop-up a preview of the walk. The issues will be show in the issues frame at the bottom of the righthand column. To correct any issues click the button in the top left of the pop-up
Note: to dismiss the pop-up you must use the button at the top right of the pop-up. Failure to do that (i.e. using the browsers back button will loose any changes made and you will have to restart the process from the last save you made.).
Suggestion: After making changes you should save the programme.
When all of the issues have been resolved save the programme in case you need to add another walk or Walks Manager identifies an error not detected by Build Programme page.
To transfer the programme to Walks Manager if not already loaded reload the saved programme and then clock the report to WM button. That will download a csv file that can be uploaded to Walks Manager.
If Walks Manager detects issues with any of the walks the upload will fail in that case. Reload the Saved programme correct the problems and Export to WM again.
